INSTAGRAM DM SALES SPECIALIST
APPLY NOWWe’re looking for a sharp, people-focused DM Sales Specialist to turn Instagram conversations into customers. You’ll be the first human touchpoint many followers have with our brand, and your job is to guide them from “curious” to “confident buyer” through authentic, value-driven dialogue.
This isn’t a copy-paste support role. We need a natural conversational seller—someone who understands social tone, builds rapport quickly, identifies needs fast, and knows how to close without sounding pushy.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Engage with inbound Instagram DMs daily and convert qualified leads into sales
• Respond promptly, personably, and on-brand to followers to build trust and move them through the decision process
• Ask smart questions to understand a prospect’s needs and recommend the right product or offer
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and sales inside our CRM or tracking system (we’ll train you)
• Identify buying signals, objections, and trends to help refine our sales playbook
• Maintain a positive, consistent brand voice while still sounding human and authentic
• Collaborate with our social, marketing, and customer support teams for seamless handoffs
Ideal Candidate
• Proven background in sales (especially social media, DMs, or consultative sales)
• Strong written communication skills — fast, clear, and emotionally intelligent
• Comfortable closing sales and asking for the order in a natural, relational way
• Able to handle multiple conversations without losing the personal touch
• Coachable, growth-minded, and open to feedback
• Bonus: Experience with Instagram, online communities, or social-first brands
Hours & Expectations
• Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week), with room to grow based on performance
• Quick response times during agreed-upon hours
• Performance-based incentives and bonuses available
Why This Role Matters
Your work will directly drive revenue and deepen relationships with our audience. You’re the voice behind the DMs—shaping first impressions, building trust, and turning followers into loyal customers.
